Our third year and our best yet in terms of both number of teams and team feedback. 10 brand new team challenges pushed the teams mentally and physically to their limits. Many congratulations to all those who took part and in particular to the winners ‘Eversheds’ with 724 points from a possible 1,000.

We are very proud that this event is now the fastest growing inter-business team challenge event in the UK, and from the post-event feedback it’s clear to see why:

• 100% of respondents described event as Excellent (76%) or Very Good (24%)

• Main motivations for taking part were cited as having fun, raising money, teamwork, competing, fitness and networking

•  97% said the event met their personal, team & company motivations

•  97% said they were ‘definitely’ or ‘likely’ to take part next year
  

•  100% would recommend the event to colleagues, clients, business partners or friends

Alongside Singapore based events company ‘Bamboo’, Northstar designed and implemented this team challenge event for China, Light & Power (Asia’s largest independent energy provider). Teams came to Hong Kong from offices across India and China for 2 days and nights of intense competition and team development.

CLP used the event to develop key relationships across internal business teams and raise the profile of skill development across their divisions.
