We’ve just returned from another productive course design recce. The terrain is fantastic with breathtaking views broken up by periods of dense woodland. The tracks and trails ideal for those new to this type of activity and great areas for some larger, more strategic team challenges.

Lots of great brainstorming threw out many more challenge ideas. Each designed to ensure 1) Every single team member involved 2) They reward those teams that really work together and communicate and 3) They’re great fun.

There’s a lot of designing left to do but here’s a quick snapshot of how the course is shaping up.

Northstar have just returned from the annual HK Challenge after another successful event. Companies from across Hong Kong competed over 3 days and nights over a series of 5 strategic challenges, all designed exclusively for business teams.

The event is used by companies as a Talent Development tool for it’s staff and is attended by company HR representatives who observe the teams in action.

The event included a 3 hour negotiation game designed in co-operation with Horacio Falcao, ‘Director of Decision Sciences’ at Asia’s leading business school, INSEAD.

Company feedback has been outstanding and we look forward to designing next years event.
