We’re a dedicated, passionate and innovative company of team challenge designers, collectively sharing over 30 years experience in the marketplace.

Before Northstar, we were designing and implementing corporate challenge events all over the world (Europe, Asia, Africa, North & South America), and for many of the worlds leading organisations including Microsoft, CISCO, BT, Airbus, Vodafone, FORTIS, Sainsbury’s and Accenture.

We loved what we did so much, we set up our own company and Northstar was born in September 2008. Since then, we’ve launched our very own annual UK event called the Great Escape Challenge along with our event partners Marie Curie Cancer Care. This is rapidly becoming the UK’s largest inter-business team development event and won the ‘Teambuilding Event of the Year’ award in 2010.

We’re also working alongside other organisations and companies, committed to giving their employees, clients and business partners a teambuilding experience way beyond their expectations.
